How much is shipping?

U.S. Standard shipping is $8 per order and Express is $15 where available. Customers pay shipping; there is no automatic free-shipping threshold. Your total is shown before payment. View shipping details.

How do I choose my size?

Use the Size guide to measure a favorite garment. For measurements of a specific WWY style, contact us before ordering.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Request an eligible return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed with original tags attached. For a size change or change of mind, customers pay return and replacement shipping. Read the full return policy.

Which payment methods can I use?

Available methods are shown at checkout. Supported wallet options include Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay, depending on your device and eligibility.

When will my order arrive?

Selected New Drop pieces are made to order. Allow up to 14 days for production and order preparation before shipment, plus carrier delivery time. Express shipping does not shorten production. The product page identifies made-to-order pieces. Contact us before ordering if you need an item for a specific date. Tracking is sent when the order ships.

What if a size is unavailable?

Unavailable sizes cannot be added to your cart. Contact us about a particular style or sign up for drop and restock updates. We do not promise a restock date until confirmed.
