Shipping charges

Customers pay shipping. Standard shipping is $8.00 per order and Express shipping is $15.00 per order where offered at checkout. There is no automatic free-shipping threshold. Available methods, applicable taxes and your final total are displayed before payment.

New Drop & made-to-order processing

Selected WWY New Drop pieces are made to order after your purchase is placed. Please allow up to 14 days for production and order preparation before shipment. Carrier transit time begins after the order ships. Choosing Express shipping does not shorten the production or preparation period.

Order preparation and delivery

Order preparation and carrier transit are separate. Review the product page for any stated preparation or made-to-order schedule. If you need an item by a specific date, contact us before ordering; we cannot guarantee arrival for an event.

If we cannot ship within a stated timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the option to agree to the delay or cancel for a full refund.

Tracking and delivery issues

When your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email provided at checkout. Carrier scans may take time to update. Please enter a complete, accurate shipping address, including any apartment or unit number.

For a delayed, missing, damaged or incorrectly delivered package, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier. Do not discard damaged items or packaging before contacting us.

Address changes and returned packages

Contact us promptly to request an address change. Changes are only possible before the order is processed for shipment. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout, we will contact you about the actual cost of reshipping before charging or resending it. Charges caused by our error will be our responsibility.
